i) Delivery Terms and Conditions
All goods remain the property of Long Eaton Fencing Supplies Ltd until payment has been received in full.
1. Unloading Assistance:
All of our deliveries are delivered by one driver and the customer accepts responsibility to assist with unloading at the designated delivery location.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure a recipient is on-site to assist with unloading. If the recipient is not the customer, we must be informed of an authorised recipient. Additional delivery personnel can be procured through calling our sales office and incurring an extra charge, however a recipient will still be required on site at the designated delivery address in order to provide signatory of receipt of goods. For additional special instructions or requirements, please contact our sales office.
Our products are heavy and Long Eaton Fencing Supplies Ltd does not accept any liability associated with the unloading of products. As such the delivery driver will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur during the delivery process, including the involvement of the recipient or their authorized recipient/representative.
2. Property – Delivery Location
All deliveries are front of property, driveway or front garden. Long Eaton Fencing Supplies Ltd does not accept liability for any damages to the customers property in delivering the goods.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that this is only an estimate, and unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. We will inform you in case any significant delays are expected.
The delivery driver will make one attempt to deliver on the arranged date, should a recipient not be available to take delivery, charges will be incurred to re-deliver.
4. Delivery Area:
We offer delivery services to specific locations within a defined delivery area. Please ensure that your delivery address falls within our designated area before placing an order. If you are uncertain, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges apply to all orders and are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the delivery distance. The delivery charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Our website is set out to auto-populate delivery costs based upon your delivery location (if within our defined delivery area) and vehicle load. There may be instances in which the delivery costing has been mis-calculated by our e-commerce tool and Long Eaton Fencing Supplies Limited reserves the right to alter the cost or cancel the order (subject to discussion with the customer).
6. Delivery Inspection:
Upon delivery, it is essential that you thoroughly inspect the products for any damages or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, please inform our delivery team immediately, and note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to report damages or discrepancies at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist you.

By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the products have been delivered in satisfactory condition and that they meet your requirements. Once the delivery is accepted, you become responsible for the products, and any subsequent damages that may occur will be your responsibility.

We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
