Georgian Summerhouse

Our garden summerhouses are manufactured to a high standard. More than adequate framing and top quality cladding ensures strength, sturdiness and durability.

Specification:

44mm x 44mm smooth planed all round redwood framing
Cladding -14mm tongue and groove redwood matchboard.
Floor - 44mm x 44mm smooth planed redwood floor bearers.
Floor - Tongue and groove boarding.
Roof - Clad in 14mm tongue and groove boarding, covered with polyester felt.
Joinery made windows and doors.
6' to the Eaves. 22.5 degree pitch.
Double doors.
Brass or Chrome furniture.

Treatment: We use a spirit based treatment which is available in light brown or mid brown. Building prices do not include treatment, therefore buildings are available untreated if you wish to treat them yourself.

Delivery & Erection: A delivery and erection service of all of our buildings is available, prices are available on application.

Also available are a variety of extra's;

Kerabit Adhesive Roofing Felt or Roofing shingles as an upgrade from Heavy Duty Green Mineral Felt.
Toughened glass or Laminated glass as an alternative to horticultural glass as standard.

Easy Base - Timber base constrcuted out of C16 pressure treated bearers.

Shed Base: It is recommended that all summerhouses are to be fitted onto a flat level base.
